From Humble Beginnings... |

The birthplace of a central location to
help find a rent to own home, sell a rent to own home, or to offer
services nationwide and globally to the thriving rent to own market. |
From humble beginnings, a few friends scraped together
funds and began investing in low-priced
properties in Florida, with the idea of rehabbing them and renting
them out with an option to buy. At that time (2001), the Real Estate Market in Central Florida was red hot, and
before we even realized it, we were knee-deep in purchasing and
rehabbing properties in and around Orlando. There was only one
problem: whenever we had a new
property ready to rent to own, we had a difficult time finding people
to move in!
At that exact moment, we realized that something had
been missing: a central location where sellers could find buyers for
their rent to own homes, and where buyers could ask for exactly what
they needed in a rent to own home: HomeRun Homes was born from this
concept.
Six Years on, we are now one of the largest and among the most
highly ranked and respected Rent to Own websites on the Internet. We
took the same principles that we saw in the many good and ethical
business people that we found while we were investing, and we have
applied them to our website. These aspects shine through with our
